Visionaire magazine exhibition opens in Moscow

An exhibition has opened today showcasing all issues of the legendary Visionaire magazine at Tsvetnoy Central Market in Moscow.

Visionaire is beloved of connoisseurs for the experiments with shape and content which make every issue a stand-alone piece of art. Founded by Stephen Gan, Cecilia Dean and James Kaliardos in 1991, Visionaire features a different theme and format with each new issue. The magazine showcases fashion and art, including specially commissioned pieces, and is produced in numbered limited editions. The exhibition showcases 63 isues, including one in memory of Alexander McQueen which has wild-flower seeds in its paper, as well as the Larger Than Life issue which is officially the world’s largest magazine and the latest Forever issue, which was fully 3D-printed in metal.

The exhibition is open until 25 December.
