The Calvert Journal wins Best Designed Site at the Drum Online Media Awards

The Calvert Journal has won Best Designed Site at the Drum Online Media Awards at a ceremony in London last night. The Calvert Journal was up against four other online media projects including The Guardian, local news outlets Quartz and TV3 and beauty blog Get the Gloss. “It was a great shortlist of entrants,” said editor-in-chief Ekow Eshun on receiving the award. “We’re so thrilled and so delighted!”

This is the fourth year of The Drum Online Media Awards. One of the most reputable media awards, its aim is to identify the best, boldest and most original online news-based sites.
