Latvian-born installation artist Viktor Timofeev has launched a solo exhibition, S.T.A.T.E., at London’s Drawing Room gallery.

S.T.A.T.E. will feature a range of drawings with ink, graphite and coloured pencil on paper, in addition to a selection of publications. These works run parallel to and feed into Timofeev’s perhaps better-known installations using digitally generated imagery, games and rule-based performances. The exhibition’s title is intentionally ambiguous, evoking multiple meanings.

S.T.A.T.E. opened to the public on 19 June and will be on show until 14 August 2016 at Drawing Room in south London.
