It’s been almost two weeks since the king of post-Soviet style, Gosha Rubchinskiy, took to Instagram to announce the end of his self-titled fashion label.
But what has Russia’s streetwear icon been getting up to on his hard-earned break? Designing neck tattoos for rapper, designer and social media oversharer Kanye West.
He revealed that Rubchinskiy had sent over some designs incorporating the name of his newborn son, Saint West, in a tweet from his official account on Sunday night.

West shared two designs which appeared to be sent over Instagram from Gosha Rubchinskiy’s newly-purged account. With its spikey, graffiti-style font, at least one of the designs brings back plenty of inspiration from Rubchinskiy’s former collab with Georgian brand Vetements.

Rubchinskiy and the American hip hop star have been in touch since November 2016, when the pair were snapped meeting in Moscow.
