ALEKSANDR ZAKIROV

Aleksandr Zakirov (b. 1989, Barnaul) is an artist and curator based in Krasnoyarsk who works with painting, performance, partisan public art, and interventions. A founding member of the art collective Kipish-Grad, Zakirov explores such issues as authorship and appropriation, seriousness of art, and urban space. He has worked as an independent curator at the Ploshchad Mira Museum.
