Artem Filatov (b. 1991) is a visual artist from Nizhny Novgorod. His practice is closely connected to his home city, its cultural and environmental landscape and public spaces. Filatov creates installations, sculptures. paintings, and drawings, using a variety of different techniques in his work. He also is a co-ograniser of a street art festival New City: Ancient in Nizhny Novgorod.
