Perm young artists in the spotlight

A new exhibition of young artists from Perm in the Western Urals opens at Winzavod in Moscow on Tuesday. Vector Perm is part of the Cultural Alliance project organised by Marat Guelman, which aims to showcase more art from Russia’s regions in the capital. The exhibition runs until 10 March.
