Zagreb’s main square to become huge dance floor

Zagreb’s main Ban Jelačić square will tomorrow (Tuesday 14 July) turn into a huge dance floor.

The main square will host a music and dance event titled Le Plesnjak as part of the Rendez-Vous French Festival. Taking place on Bastille Day, the French national day, Le Plesnjak will be based on similar events taking place in Paris and other cities around the world. This will be the first time that such an event is held in Zagreb. French dancer Nicolas Quesnoit will appear on the dance floor from 7.30pm, and the public are invited to join and dance to some famous French hits.
