Youth and desolation in the latest video from noise duo Love Cult

Join Russian electronic music duo Love Cult and director Alina Filippova on a journey into the desolate urban wilderness in the new video Educated Guess.

It’s not the first time Anya Kuts and Ivan Zoloto of Love Cult have collaborated with Moscow-based director Alina Filippova: together have created a haunting and earnest portrait of Russian adolescence in the previous videos for Wonderland and This Good, and also performed an audio-visual collaborative programme at this year’s CTM festival in Berlin. Educated Guess follows a mysterious character through adandoned warehouses and riverbanks at dusk, creating a perfect image to go with Love Cult’s distant vocals and hypnotising beats.
