Belarusians invited to propose cultural projects

The Belarusian Ministry of Culture has invited Belarusians to put forward their own ideas for future cultural projects, in a scheme titled “Cultural initiatives for Belarus”.

Open to anyone who lives permanently in the country, the public initiative particularly seeks proposals that address the development of Belarusian culture within the country or the global context. The suggestions might address existing problems or put forward an idea for entirely new cultural projects.

Proposals can be sent to the Ministry of Culture by post or email until 1 September. The selection process will last until 15 October, with the results being announced shortly afterwards on the Ministry’s official website.
