Mosfilm archive now available online

Moscow film studio Mosfilm has published its vast archive of 600 films and TV shows online.

Mosfilm dates back to pre-revolution Russia, even though the studios’ most famous works hail from the Soviet era. Among the films uploaded to the studio’s social media pages are works by cult directors like Eldar Ryazanov, Georgy Daneliya and Sergey Eisenstein.

Classics like The Diamond Arm, Love and Doves, and Ivan Vasilievich Changes Professions are now available on the studio’s VK group and Youtube channel — some with English subtitles.
