EVGENY ANTUFIEV

Evgeny Antufiev (b. 1986, Kyzyl) is a Moscow-based artist working with sculpture and installation. Interested in archaeology and anthropology, Antufiev creates his own mythology based on traditions of his home region of Tuva. His works can be found in many private and public collections, including Tate Modern and the Museum of Contemporary Art in Antwerp. He represented Russia at the Manifesta Biennial in 2016 and 2018.
