Konstantin Roslyakov is a visual and sound artist based in Tyumen. His practice deals with problems of memory, ideas, and perception of imformation. In Roslyakov’s drawings, reality is comprised of laminar surfaces that can be perceived simultaneously in several spaces, which creates different perspectives and meanings for each viewer. He uses field recordings, recordings of conversations, sounds of everyday objects, and hum of radio waves and devices, to create soundscapes that complement his visual works.
