Kira Weinstein is a media artist and singer-songwriter based in Moscow. She is a founder of critically acclaimed pop band Kira Lao and has also been active as a solo artist. Apart from her music practice, Weinstein is interested in modern dance and performance and works in theatre productions as a sound designer. She originally hails from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.
