A curious cross between It-girl and political activist, Ksenia Sobchak’s Instagram provides an interesting insight into Russia’s intellectual and celebrity elite. The TV presenter daughter of a former mayor of St Petersburg, Sobchak has become a prominent figure in the opposition movement in recent years although it’s hardly reflected in her Instagram: selfies, holidays, fashion shows and hanging out with other Russian celebrities predominates.
