Keto da Kote

Enjoy a slice of sophisticated, fin de siècle Tbilisi together with your khachapuri at Keto da Kote, set on the terrace of a 19th century mansion with views over the city (and named after Georgia’s favourite comic opera). The food is high-end traditional Georgian. Warm ajapsandali (aubergine ratatouille), sticky elarji (cheese and cornmeal porridge) and massively over-the-top deserts, it helps if you come here with an appetite, though many will be content to just kick back and enjoy the minimally restored veranda and lush gardens.
