Watch a spectacular duck gathering on Hungary’s icy Lake Balaton

Maybe you’ve had the opportunity to see Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake ballet — videographer Balázs Lorincz discovered that Duck Lake might have been just as compelling, when he captured the majestic movements of ducks coming together on frozen Lake Balaton in Hungary.

Not even the slightly over dramatic soundtrack can overtake the sight of hordes of mallard ducks gathering around a small pool within the largely frozen lake, filmed from the air.
