Croatian fashion brand takes inspiration from coastal cities

27 July 2017

Want a memento from your time away in Split or Dubrovnik? Croatian brand TIE ME has the perfect thing — a line of bowties drawing on the beauty of Croatia’s coastline.

The young label, a project started by three friends during their university years, has launched a range of five bowties inspired by the architecture of some of Croatia’s most iconic coastal cities: Split, Šibenik, Rovinj, Dubrovnik, and Pula.

“The new summer collection was inspired by Croatian cities on the coast and their architecture. The idea was transferred into reality by design trio NJI3,” the all-woman team behind the brand said of the Summer Skyline collection.

Each part of the production process for TIE ME products takes place in Croatia — from the design, to the fabrics and packaging.
