Tatsiana Tkachova is an independent photographer working in documentary, art photography and video. Born in Mogilev (Belarus), and currently based in Minsk, she studied photography in Russia and works in both countries. The main focus of her projects is women, particularly the topics of gender violence, conflict and resistance. Tkachova has been a winner of various competitions, including World Press Photo.
